Ultra Tech piping systems are made from single wall induction hardened steel systems, twin-wall steel systems, chrome carbide overlay and insert pipe, and basalt-lined steel-cased pipe. A wide range of products is offered to allow customers to select the best pipe material for their application, with the support of Ultra Tech technical resources. The induction hardened Ultra Tech piping systems can offer 4-6 times, or more, the longevity of mild steel.

Ultra 600TM Pipe– begins with steel pipe of a proprietary, hardenable chemistry. After it has been induction-heated and water-quenched on its inner wall, the result is a pipe with outstanding inner wall abrasion resistance, yet an outer wall which resists impact. The inner wall is hardened to 600 Brinnell, tapering to 250 Brinnell in the outer wall. Diameters available to 40", with or without flanges.

Twin-WallTM Piping Systems – inner tube fully hardened to 600 Brinnell for greater abrasion resistant depth, encased in an outer shell with a ductile wall for pressure retention. Diameters available to 12", with or without flanges.

Chrome Carbide Weld Overlay and Insert Pipe - for added abrasion resistance.

Bends and Sweeps – induction bending system allows bending to 180° for pipe and tube, from 2.5" to 26".

Hevi-DutyTM Couplings – male/fe-male system to 2,600 psi working pressure.

Diversion Valves - up to 4,000 psi working pressure.

Hoses and Accessories – variety of available end types and hose bodies.

Shotcrete Nozzles and Fittings – 1.25" to 3" nozzles, tips, swivels and air vibrators.
